Bila sebut ikan siakap selalunya yang muncul difikiran ramai orang ialah masak tiga rasa ataupun masak kukus. Tidak dinafikan bahawa masakan-masakan tersebut memang sedap dan amat kena dengan ikan siakap. Tetapi kali ini Kak Yan nak berkongsi memasak hidangan Ikan Siakap Masak Sambal.
Di sini Kak Yan akan juga kongsikan tips untuk menggoreng ikan siakap agar garing di luar tetapi lembut juicy di dalam. Dan yang penting hidangan ini amat mudah disediakan dan sungguh sedap. Jom kita masak!
Bahan-bahan:
1 ekor ikan siakap
7 biji cili merah
15 biji cili padi
3 biji bawang merah besar
6 ulas bawang putih
1 biji tomato
2 batang serai
1 sudu besar sos tiram
1 1/2 sudu besar cuka
Garam dan gula secukup rasa
Minyak secukupnya
Bahan Hiasan
2 biji cili merah
2 biji cili hijau
1 biji tomato
1 biji bawang merah
Sedikit daun sup dan daun bawang

7 red chilies
15 bird's eye chilies
3 large shallots
