In Toronto they only have IKEAs at the very edge of the cities ( is it like that in London? ) and it's always troublesome to then commute back / schlepp home but otherwise woahhhh it'd be so dope to come back with JUST bags and bags of food They have a notsogood labour thing goin one, but just from perspective of the cultural exchange (like the fish pate, Kalle, that some Korean vloggers have gotten their hands into) it's just 💕💕💕💞💞💕💕💕💖💖💖💕💕💞💞💕💕💕💕like.... Iconic. Plus uwu THERE'S SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR MEATBALLS + DESSERT + TORTES though (ice cream....lingonberry jars...)

It’s not strawberry, it’s actually lingonberry jam/sauce. I’ve never tried them, but they look quite nice!

Surprised there are no Dime bars. I hate lumpy mash… that would be a big turn off for me ….. wonder where you went afterwards !

Yes those daim bars you can find in IKEA are amazing! I love mash potatoes but no matter where I go they’ll never be as good as the ones I make 😍😂

Its also 4-5 dollars. I've eaten at places in italy for 300-500 dollars which tasted wrose thank ikea food. its about perspective.

@@execgrhvx 4 to 5 hundred dollars for anything resembling the quality of Swedish meatballs from ikea is a crime. It doesn't make the ikea food any better or worse that that has happening. It could be that my particular location has a worse version so I won't judge all Ikea meatballs The same necessarily. I imagine there probably pretty uniform but I could be wrong. I just know that what I try a couple weeks ago was absolutely abysmal. Like the weakest dullest gravy devoid of salt I have ever had. It isn't worth a penny.

@@aprilthomas1489 Well, i live in Sweden and I’m from the part that ikea is from so maybe it’s different in that way. Idk where you are from but Eu and Us has different standards. Like, we don’t put chemicals in our food and it’s a law. When I was in Atlanta and ate fast food I got ill because of all the chemicals - I believe.

Ottawa Canada. One rule for food here is that flavor is not allowed. So perhaps our ikea Swedish meatballs are worse than in other locations. I was so disappointed because people have been hyping it up for years kept trying to get me to go. Finally I did and I was like wow this is what people have been pushing me to try for so long? Is similar experience to Costco pizza. Hyped it up so hard. It's just okay. I would much rather Costco pizza than ikea Swedish meatballs though that's for sure.
