If you want warm colours on your walls try warm terracotta (not the dark orangey terracotta) walls with cream ceiling. This combination is very forgiving if you have kind of mismatched furniture too, white walls tend to make people notice if your furniture is a bit mismatched or you have some less attractive bits of furniture, basically if your house is not a showroom.

Also I want to say, when I was in my 20s I was the most anxious person in the world. Like going to the hospital for panic attacks all the time. Im 41 now and literally have no anxiety. Ever. I notice alot of women AND men have anxiety in their twenties but I truly believe you grow out of it. So dont worry you wont always feel anxious. ❤️

Hi Megan, words can feel a bit meaningless at times in comments, when they are repeated and you kind of mistrust them but I would really like you to know that what I am about to say is meaningful and genuine. I have only just watched the first half of your video and I have 2 things to tell you. One is that change is always hard and painful. We are biologically hardwired to fight change and it hurts like hell when we do it. You went from being in a relationship to living alone and now to moving to a completely different environment. That will hurt like hell but I would hope that my number two might help. There is no silver lining except for the fact that you have had the guts to make these changes. The pain is definitely worth the gain. I have followed your journey on you tube, the change of lifestyle and commitment to a healthier one as well as going back to uni and wanting to get to know yourself better. It takes real guts to do all of that and I should know. I am 46 now-yep an old woman- but I still see myself as a student of life. So much more will come your way Megan, as long as you remain honest and true to yourself. Never give up and never feel alone, because we may all feel far away from you, in a virtual world, we all care deeply and want you to be all you want to be x
