Hey guys! This week was super busy, so I decided to film a week in my life vlog :) I'll be bringing you with me to university for a lab, lectures, pulling late nights for assignments, grocery shopping, unboxing new skincare, trip to ikea with a mini haul, and deep cleaning my entire house.

Safety tip - never let the measuring tape roll back on it's own. Always hold it and gently feed it back. There is also a lock on the tape if needed. Grandad knows you can do things as he has every confidence in your ability. 🥰

I’m watching and had to pause to say, moving to your new place was the absolute BEST decision. I say this because you seem happier and brighter! I meant to ask- did your grandparents move to Canada permanently? Is your new place a house or an apartment? Just me being nosy and missing seeing your adorable grandpa!

LOL), but now that you are vegan, maybe that can’t happen anymore. Maybe a vegan version? I haven’t seen Itsy Bitsy Mitsy- is she doing ok?

megan! i hope you see this, please don't use the glycolic acid "toner" everyday!! especially if you feel that your skin is dehydrated. start with maybe 2-3x a week only :) your skin will likely get irritated & fall victim to over-exfoliating if you use it daily. The rest of the skincare looks great!

3 minutes in and I LOVE talking about skincare and loved that you shared your new products! I JUST ran out of my Marine Hyaluronics and am about to order more, along with the same glycolic acid toner! 😍 My advice for the marine Hyaluronics: you’ve probably already realized it’s super watery, has the same consistency as water. I learned you have to use about a third of the dropper when you’re you’re putting it on in order for it to be effective and hydrate properly!

Hey Megan! A few weeks ago I was also struggling with dry skin and I began slugging with the Cerave healing ointment every night and it has changed my skin for the best. I definitely recommend incorporating slugging a few times a week!

Megan, if you could, would you be able to talk about how you make money and budget? I also live alone and live on my income only so paying rent and groceries and bills and having money for myself sometimes is hard to budget. Could you share your experience?

The ordinary buffet is a must! It changed my skin texture so much, also the only eye cream that I've noticed a difference with how old my eyes look is i It cosmetics confidence in a cream, I won't stray from it! ❤ skincare

Girl your doing great! Out of all those things sunscreen is going to be the game changer. It’s one of those products that people don’t care about but it makes a big difference. I always wear sunscreen now and it’s made such a difference with that alone.

Ordinary stuff is great, the glycolic acid is actually a chemical exfoliant and is great. If you find the the marine hyaluronics is not helping with hydration try to dampen skin then quickly apply the marine hyaluronics and then the moisturiser, the hyaluronic is a humectant - which means it brings water to the deeper layers of the skin, however if there is no water to bring to the deeper layers it's not very effective. I've struggled with dry skin and this trick works like a charm for me.

Also green beaver makes a really nice green tea and aloe day cream that I've been wearing daily for years and it repairs and is super light :) Make sure you also have a rly good cleanser, I use Acne Dote's cleanser daily and it's great for keeping skin clear, too ! :)

Megan- you can get a tension rod to hold the curtains. Also, those honeycomb blinds you passed on are pretty great and easy to cut down to size- if those were the kind that you can size down (just check online). The plastic/metal parts should removable to do it. But, a tension bar would be an easy solution.

I absolutely cannot live without The Ordinary’s Buffet and the glycolic acid toner. You should totally try Buffet - it was a game changer for me. I had texture, fine lines and enlarged pores and I swear it erased it all. I lurve it. 🥰

Be careful with that toner!!! It wrecked my skin and it took me months to get it back in track. Try 2x a week at first and see how you get on. Also, in days you don't use the toner, put your skincare on damp skin to lock in that moisture. So hyaluronic acid on damp skin (because it will pull the moisture from your skin otherwise) then moisturiser. Good luck gal, my skin is dehydrated and its taken me ages to find the right products that work for me 😭

Honestly seeing u on my notification brings a hugeeeeee smile. Girl you are forever gorgeous fine lines are just a symptom of being vegan. Nothing against being vegan but my friends have aged right before our eyes after 1.5 years if being vegan. I guess fish is the answer for good skin no supplements can do what a wild caught salmon does for our body skin eyes bones and brain. Please don't take this the wrong way 💕🙏💛🌟🕉

So strange, I just went to boots and got a whole load of skincare things too! You can buy black- out online and delivered to your house for any size. You just send them the measurements! They are called Bloc Blinds UK.

Also I've heard you're supposed to use that toner sparingly because it's really intense and can strip the skin and irritate it if used too often so maybe alternate with another or use it less frequently? Just an idea!
