A cool trick i use is when it’s really cold I put on a fuzzy thin jacket with a centered big pocket and use it as a hand warmer

I live in Milwaukee and it gets cold around December-November I wear a long sleve cold gear under armour shirt it works wonders I also tape my ear holes on my helmet

At 1:34 the pouch isn’t used for a mouth guard. What you do is there are hand warmer pouches that you can buy and put them in there, that’s what there used for

there are toe warmers on the market. they work great! stick right on with adhesive. made by the same brand i believe

I work construction. Hot hands makes a stick on the warmer that is thin and sticky on one side to stick to the bottom of your sock. I dont like them. I use hot hands on the top of my hand under a glove. The blood that runs past it will heat up and keep your finger tips warm.

I played a game in 12 degree weather at the age of 12 and my mom bought me toe warmers that are kind of sticky and really flat I but the on my hands then my gloves on and it didn’t restrict my movement at all I recommend toe warmers over hand warmers cause the hand warmers are really bulky
