They actually have a lot of variety in their music. Their leader (the 2nd rapper) is the one who writes their songs (he wrote this one when he was only 19) and has always liked to explore different genres. I think a similar song to this would be airplane. Furthermore they have a lot of side tracks with that more mellow vibe, especially in their Return album.. id recommend them bc a lot of them have very relatable lyrics and are honestly so beautiful. Personal favorites are hug me, jerk and best friend

"I loved you until death But in the end I did not die" - that is also my favorite lyric. I interpret it as that forever *expectation*. when you're in a relationship and think you're going to be in love forever, your expectation is that the only thing that will end it is literally death. But in the end, he's still here, and the love is gone. It's rough lol. PS the part where he flips his hood near the end seems to be him crying and then putting up the hood to hide the tears. He's saying goodbye and wishing her well, and bearing the painful regret all by himself. And it's kind of true in the typical way men vs women handle heartbreak.

How I interpret the songs: Love Scenario= we fell in love and we broke up...These things happen. Its normal lets move on. Killing Me= wtf! did we really break up? i think i want you back..did i make the right decision? Goodbye Road= Yes we did break up. I’m sad but we both need to move on. I wish you well. ☺️

They are a versatile group people say they are hiphop group but they can do any genre you can listen to ikon bside tracks.... Hug me, jerk, dont forget,only you and cocktail, long time no see, just go , i miss you so bad and perfect....

About 8:50 and your interrogation about why we don't see him crying, i have a simple interpretation : her way of letting out her emotions is by crying and letting it all out, and he can't because he's hurt beyond that point so his way of telling is pain is by the lyrics and the song. And in the end, with all he confessed, he can finally let himself cry.

I love how eloquent you are. It's refreshing. There's a lot of reactors who only make exclamations but no specific details on what exactly they liked on the video/song. Nothing wrong with that. But it's definitely something worth complimenting you for. I certainly can't articulate my thoughts as well as you do. iKON is the best at this genre. From Apology (one of their debut songs), Climax (from when they were trainees) Hug Me - (damn falsetto) MUP Jerk Hug Me Best Friend and many more... (some of these only have lyric videos)

I’m late in two years... but for my interpretations that line “ i loved you to death but at the end I didn’t died” means that even if at the moment when you are so heartbroken and you think you gonna die and that this the worst case scenario... at the end he still alive , he survived. It’s very inspiring... it’s like life goes on and even tho you went through all that pain at the end you made it all safe and sound. And it’s also a little savage cause he is saying I thought you wil end me, I thought I will die without you but I am more then alive... it like look at me then look at me now. Very deap ... Yes, check out their I Miss You So Bad, Apology, Airplane... these songs are so good, rhythm, beat, lyric wise... they are genius!

I interpreted it as more of the fact that the lyrics made no sense for a reason, the contrast being done for the purpose of him fighting himself on whether he should've went into the relationship in the first place. The instrumental really builds the emotion and reminds me of When You Love Someone by Day6. The song is about how when you love someone you want only the best for them. The line that "I want you to be happy unlike when we were together" ( or close to that lol) made me make the connection with a toxic relationship or even Seesaw by BTS. It's references the way that both parties are hurt by a toxic relationship and that the guy still loves her even if that means allowing her to move on. It hits real deep man and I appreciate you reaction to ikon again :)
