Yeah, that's a bug in the replay system. All crash lines are visible before the crash even happens in the replays.

That's a good exploit. The front of the fuselage won't deform, so you can smash in into the ground and you get a nice landing.

Yes, i don’t see how a 100 mph smash into the ground could potentially rupture the fuel lines or fuel tanks and expose any fuel to sparks from the crushed engine/electrics in the plane.
