You are actually right about the storyline. Being creepy in a subtle form might be the main storyline here. All of them have individual quirks or powers. Super Strength, Light Manipulation, Penetration Vision, Slow Motion/Super Sneeze (XD), and telekinesis. I think they're all trying to escape this 'backroom' that you've mentioned. But the concept is dope. They're all trying to be cutesy and stuff but creepy.

But I LOVED the RUN song and had it on repeat for weeks and Wonhee was so good in it. I understand why others were upset with their mind set on something specific, and perhaps most of my picks being eliminated before the finale readjusted by expectations, but I don't understand how people could have watched Wonhee in Aim High/RUN and still be worried. Her improvement was crazy. She'll keep getting better.

You are probably right they will possibly release a studio album for their first comeback in this fall. TXT debuted in March 2019 and came out with a studio album in Oct 2019. However, Summer Moon is a webtoon which could indicate a storyline for their studio album.

BabyMonster sounds like Blackpink 2.0. Same sexy dance, same rap lines, same type of noisy music. Pdogg and Slow Rabbit have been around since BTS and they are Hybe's strongest cards when it comes to music. At least from Bang produced groups. Hee-jin Min didn't wanted a Bang produced NewJeans so she went after her own composers like 250. If ILLIT continues with Slow Rabbit but adds Pdogg the conversation between NewJeans and ILLIT will end. Plus ILLIT caters to middle school students which is the darkest time in your school years especially in South Korea and Japan. Bullying, depression, anxiety and suicide. Society problems like pedophilia from the Magnetic MV. Their brand trailer only gave us a middle school theme with a bridge between a real world and a fictional world. NewJeans is Y2K and wear clothes from the mid 90's to early 00's. They cater to high school students and is the time when you start to enjoy life with friends. ILLIT will only face hardships further in their releases. Girly and cool will not end well. NewJeans choreography is sexy and cool. Attention and NewJeans have sexy vibes in their choreography.

People are way too conspiratorial about RUNext and the hate train for Wonhee was one of the worst I've seen in kpop for a predebut group. She had improved by the finale (especially in Aim High and RUN) but the show was hard to watch if you didn't watch it live (reuploads were removed for copyright infringement) so a lot of people relied on social media for the show. This had clip chimps spamming Wonhee's earliest performances and slowing down only her videos as "proof" of her lip syncing (and claiming she was the only one lip synching and no other trainees were). One of the favored trainees yelled at Wonhee in frustration an episode or two before she was eliminated so Wonhee was blamed for her elimination (even though that trainee's mother put out a statement saying that trainee did not want them to hate her friend). Then a rumor got started that she was a nepo baby but it turned out her only "famous" relative was a cousin who was on a reality dating show. The hate was so bad that there were months of death threats and just mass hatred during their lives. Now people are changing their tune - and I'm glad - but I watched the hive mind create mass hysteria and hatred from basically nothing. She was a new trainee (only a month of training before the show) who you could see working hard every episode - if you actually watched it and paid attention. I will NEVER trust the internet about a group anymore because if I hadn't been watching the show myself, I would have absolutely believed all the lies that were being spread.
