Hello..am applying for my ILR on the 5years? In terms of documents for proof of address..how many years of proof of address do I need to submit ?

Hi I came to uk illegally 2007 and i done asylum seeker as different country and then 2013 I have partner unmarried which is Birtish citizen and I applied with my original country and my original passport for leave to remain under 10 years route and I have 2 kids which is birtish citizen too I already done (1)2.5 year from April 2016 and another (2) 2.5year from march 2019 and I applied for my (3) 2.5 in August 2021 and I am still waiting is any chance for the new immigration Rules on 15 March 2022 can I apply for ILR if I get married will that is make my circumstances change or switch my visa will my time I have spend will count so I can apply for ILR if yes can you please explain that and what I do should next . Hi, thank you so much for the video! My husband and I are slightly confused as to when we actually need to apply. I first arrived in the UK on the 23/09/18 so it has now been 5 years. However, the letter says we need to apply 28 days before the visa expires, so do we go by the date on the last issued letter (meaning counting 30 months from the date of issue)? The actual brp expires on 29/12/23 which it’s just confusing. My last grant letter was issued on the 1/6/21.So from what I understand, counting 30 months from this date the visa expires on November 30th 2023? Should we then apply on the 3rd November? So sorry for the long question, we’re just confused. Many thanks!!!

Hello. I have been to uk more than 3 years on spouse visa. I have already extension my visa in 2021. I will be complete 5 years living in the UK in 2024. My question is do I need to do both english B1 test and the life in the UK test for my next visa? Or one of that?

Can you book Priority service £500 five days if you are on spouse 5 years route or its 800£. Thanks
