Do you find the auto land does a good job or does it ever get a bit pitchy or flare high?

Runway Environment in sight is the requirement to proceed, also known as Pavement, Paint or Lights. And they certainly had contact with the lights the whole time

The runway environment was in sight since the beginning of the video, the HIALs are most certainly a criteria that is able to be used to continue once past minimums
