Hi Casey, I’ve been watching your vlog for about three years now, and I’ve watched a countless number of episodes of the vlog. One of the things that really stood out to me in the vlog over the years was your studio. I think you should totally make that book, but I don’t know if that would really capture the vast number (that I can’t even begin to imagine) of memories that the studio represents. I think that along with the book you should make a movie about the studio and its history, perhaps taking clips from other episodes of your vlog about your studio. I’m pretty sure I speak for a lot of the fans of your vlog when I say that something like this would be awesome, and a great way to say goodbye to that studio. Thanks for everything that you do! Regards, A fan

@CaliforniaBushman5 жыл бұрын
X New Yorker in L.A. here. The fact of the matter is, I'm sipping on a margarita at the beach in March in shorts & a T-shirt while your still obligated to chisel ice off your windshield, instead.
Well, if you look at Native American migration (Indian migration before 1500AD) 80 plus percent of the entire Native American population ended up in SoCal. Why? The weather. It's happening again. You can't stop it. It really sucks. I've seen it get more crowded over 14 years, now. I understand lifelong SoCal people on this because the hourds continue to pour in far faster than people know. The faster Los Angelinos can build light rail (no light rail down Hawthorne, Western, etc? In 2019!?....seriously,!!??.). The Mormons had light rail in 2000. I helped SLC get it when I lived there skiing from 1997-2004! But, Utah doesn't vote on everything. They get infrastructure done. Earthquake ready infrastructure. Californians (like myself since 2005) can demand Sacramento not have EVERYTHING get held to a vote - State Constitutional ammendment - roads, parking garages, more busses, and a light rail system piggybacking on Metrolink and the Subway. Then, start building up, not out. That's key out west. They're used to the sprawl, and space. An empty canvass of hectares of ranch land to develop. Those were the good old days Mr. City Planner. The suburbs of L.A. need to build up, not out. Automated cars that communicate with each other to prevent traffic waves are NEEDED. L.A. Could be ShangriLa when most cars drive themselves. Even on the 405. Think about it. Sirens could disappear with communicating, automated EMS vehicles. Eliminating unnessesary urban noise from the last millennia! The car dependency in L.A. makes crackheads in 1991 Detroit look like Mr. Rodgers episode. People NEED to get the F out of their car, ride a bike and take a fucking bus or a train just a few days out of the year. Not much to ask in a cosmopolitan city, is it? And light rail gentrifies mass transit also. Better than the bus. I love L.A. tho! It's only getting better once transportation and infrastructure needs eventually accommodate the population and economy. But anyway, here's a good L.A. joke I made up ... I can tell I'm in L.A. County when I hit massive traffic on the boulivard. Standstill traffic! But it's just the Drive-thu line from the In&Out spilling out into the street.

Casey, i've learned a lot from you. I think you're great. You're a genuine inspiration in the online space. I'm very happy you've generated enough success for yourself to be able to choose exactly where the next phase of your life will be...but a coffee table book about a room? Er, no. Destined to be given to people for Christmas and then given away to charity shops on the 27th of December, flooding charity shop shelves for years.

leave the studio as it is open a museum and give the money to make a wish fondation ;)

That's a good idea. Don't sell the studio, leave it open for others to use and enjoy such as his KZfaq fans and patrons.
@kalethdelacruz9045 жыл бұрын
Do you have any idea of how expensive that would be? There is houndreds thousands of dollars in equipment there
@atari32x825 жыл бұрын
@@kalethdelacruz904 yeah. Well he's thinking we want to read a book about his time with the studio, when really we'd rather make our own memories there- through preservation and crowd funding, I guess.
@iridemanila5 жыл бұрын
@@kalethdelacruz904 no it doesnt you just need to add stand put a few description and pay someone to be there

I would fly to New York JUST to buy the book. But Casey please don’t rush it or else it wouldn’t be as good as it could potentially be.

MUSEUM ... turn it into a museum, charge a buck to enter and gave the money to a charity. You'd have soo many fans lining up to get in bro! Heck Id even fly there to walk through :D ... Still do the book too though :)
@swapnilchaba31065 жыл бұрын
INSPIREFLIX he would still have to give rent so he cannot donate 100% to charity, keeping the place up requires staff, electricity, resources, cleaning, it can't be done in $1 per person
@INSPIREFLIX5 жыл бұрын
@@swapnilchaba3106 true i know. I'd pay up to $50 ... maybe once a year he could come back to sign his book or whatever... i mean he already has 368 for these things but I just thought that such an iconic space should be preserved :)
