This scope can mark people and show what level of armor they have . For me I use it always

It’s 4x advanced scope, it may be vital in long range fights on baf or I’d say peek fights also yes it marks peoples health bar and armor tier

HTEG 4X SCOPE and magnification factor isn't that big, not annoying even for close or mid range fights, also as fellas said, it has passive, it shows hp, armor class for 5 secs if target in specific distance (i can't remember exactly )
