Chopped onion - 1 medium sized
Diced onion - 1 medium sized
Chopped ginger - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - less than 1/4 th tsp
Salt as per taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Yogurt/curd - 3 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1/4 th tsp
Ghee - 1.5 tsp
Whole green chillies - 4-5
Cinamon sticks - 1 inch
Cardamoms - 3-4
