- Young male patient came with left hemiscrotal pain.
Ultrasound Findings:
- Small, well defined, round, anechoic cystic structure at the left epididymal head.
- Mild left hemiscrotal collection.

I was getting an ultrasound done in that area and found an incidental cyst in the head. No pain or anything, doctor said to just wear supporting briefs and it should resolve on it own
