Travaux sur la ligne Carpentras - Sorgues
assainissement de la plateforme avec utilisation de la rame PUSCAL IV
-translation de la rame
-dépose d'un coupon de voie
-décapage de la plateforme + tassement
-mise en place géotextile
-apport de remblais nivelé et tassé
-apport de ballast nivelé et tassé
-repose du coupon de voie

+colin crinville.sophie@orange.fr sans doute un matériel très performant mais qui doit revenir cher à l'usage. je n'ai pas compris son utilisation dans le cadre d'un renouvellement intégral sur ligne fermée

Il est intéressant pour le RVB en voie unique avec assainissement de la plateforme, ce qui nécessite plus de profondeur de fraisage qu'une dégarnisseuse de voie ferrée et surtout un accès dégagé à la plateforme (hors une dégarnisseuse travaille avec la voie rails+traverse en place avec sa chaîne en dessous).

environ 35 mn dans le cas d'un simple décapage ( mais ça peut varier sans doute) un peu plus de 1h quand il y a assainissement de la plateforme comme ici

c'est le problème de cette méthode de travail: tous les ouvriers travaillent à tour de rôle et attendent leur tour pour intervenir. Pour la reconstruction d'une ligne fermée, ce n'est pas la bonne solution.

En fait tous travaillent à tour de rôle mais il peut y avoir des périodes d'attente assez longues entre 2 interventions.

La ligne Sorgues-Carpentras n'est pas électrifiée.

cette méthode de travail n'est pas adaptée pour un renouvellement complet de voie. Elle est en principe réservée pour des renouvellements partiels dans des zones d'accès difficile.

LOTS of observers. A handful of workers, and only a few actual workers. Don't get me wrong it's impressive what was done in the time period but all those extra bodies that are literally sitting on there asses and/or watching. NOPE - go home or don't come out, it's a job not a show n tell. But then again - Those who can " DO " Those who can't " MANAGE ".

Tous les ouvriers présents sur le chantier sont utiles. Ils interviennent ponctuellement à tour de rôle mais doivent attendre le moment qui leur est dévolu. C'est un peu le problème sur cette manière de travailler: il faut beaucoup de monde mais pendant peu de temps.

yeah. excavators with attachments are the better way to do this. the people who designed this machine were trained in a university not in the construction or earthmoving business. i'm still enjoying watching this.

Излишне усложнено и трудоемко. Да модно, да универсальный комбайн, а не эти ваши бульдозеры. А результат? 2-3 человека работают на машине, остальные стоят и смотрят. Часть операций выполняется под машиной , что подразумевает стесненные по высоте условия и опасность наезда чего-нибудь сверху. Работа выполняется участками по 25 метров, хотя более оптимальным было бы выполнение их, скажем, сразу на объеме дневной захватки. Быстрее, проще и менее утомительно. Да хотя бы обычный бульдозер гораздо быстрее и лучше выровняет поверхность чем вот это вот ковыряние с болтающимся ножом, который тянут тросиками. Сколько там за смену получается? 3-4 звена заменить? Для примера - цикл из 8 записей "капитальный ремонт жд" в Эстонии. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/r5h4e7pnmLqUn5c.html Я не говорю, что это идеал, но на мой взгляд даже это более технологично.

Entièrement d'accord. Cette technologie n'est pas adaptée pour un renouvellement complet de ligne. Mais c'est le choix de l'entreprise qui a obtenu le marché et c'est son problème.

C'est d'une lenteur sans nom , il y as de meilleures machines beaucoup plus rapide que ça et ,le nombre des personnes a ne rien faire font piètre figure... désolent de voir tout ce désastre et perte de temps , franchement ça fait pitié à voir !
