The Flashpoint Paradox was a point in comics that reset the storyline bringing about New 52 (Basically just DC retconning the previous story). The Flashpoint was caused when Barry Allen tried to go back in time and save his mom and ended up corrupting the timeline, and ended up having to go back in time again and stop himself from doing it. Yeah, it’s crazier than it sounds. There’s a movie that did a really good job at depicting this called “Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox.” I recommend checking it out. Modern day CW flash watch guide (this show didn't age well but if your interested): If you can survive past the dialogue cringe that happens in the "filler" episodes in S1 then S2-3 shud also he watchable. S4 gets extremely cringe but the villain is dope, S5 the plot B is good but the main Plot a is bad. S6 first half is good, the 2nd arc after Crisis is trash. S7-9 is meh with a few exceptions (just watch the big fights on YT if you can't be asked watching it) That shud be it, and yeah all the crossover episodes are fire with crisis on infinite earths being the most cameo heavy with Lucifer, SmallVille etc.
