Glad you are feeling better and back at it. Your awareness of the danger and patience is great - keep it up! The wall idea is cool. The bamboo seems like a (necessary) hack, so the idea to upgrade before moving into the mid-game elements is really a nice idea for this series. Especially using the wire as a real engineer would!

What a fun video! The nether is always so terrifying. I can’t believe you are doing that so early! I could not help to notice that you had some cards in storage. I think it’s called a tarot deck or something but you can craft a card holder so you can stack cards and keep them in your inventory so that they don’t take up space. Those cards are the most powerful thing in the game I think.

Thanks! One of the cards is hero of the village I think. I forget what the other is. It’s probably something super useful! Thanks for the reminder I for them like the first 15 minutes and forgot about them. I’ll take another look.

You know you handle the cave dwellers so damn well. Like- Ivr seen SO manh people panic and block the entrance then go "Hell no im not going back down there" but you? You just go down no problem with ava

Thanks! I do try to get out of there when I hear it because I am playing hardcore, but I'm ready for it with a bucket of lava. With enchants, I'm almost to the point where I think I can just take it on face to face. Though that's not tested yet. 😬

Oh was watching this but I remembered something I really should warn you I lucked out because I saw this creeper in the Dark Forest but it was a Creeper that looked almost like a Bamboo stalk. Just a heads up in the event you find these things in a bamboo batch. Their are a lot of different creepers in this mod pack.

Hey. I haven't seen one in this pack, but I don't think the jungle creepers even explode. They're passive.

@@jangrogames OH then I really jumped the gun then. Although I will say I never encountered those creepers that launched into the sky in the mod pack also. Although the skeleton creepers are the worst so far of the creepers I encountered.

@@jasonsaalbach5786 yeah those breacher creepers are awful. I got a good shot of one in Ep 5. And then there's the skeletons with a cowboy hat and explosives strapped to them. They explode when they die, which isn't great for spike traps. I redesigned the mob killer because of that, also in Ep 5.

@@jangrogames To bad you can't make a sorter to sort out certain mobs to deposit them into a place designed to store those skeleton creepers.

I play with the from the fog mod, and Herobrine does not act like that. It may be an end of Herobrine mod crossover.

ok. he's getting more and more aggressive. I discovered later if you get close to this new herobrine he teleports out.

@@jangrogames Ah, i was talking about the walking herobrine. You encountered a herobrine jumpscare when you got teleported, which is part of from the fog. However, the moving herobrine is not part of the mod from what ive expiremented with.

@@Cacapoopoo283 Yeah, the one that was following me from below the wall (34:50). I was too scared to get close to him in the video, but later I tried and he poofed-out in purple particles like an endermen.

Hey I accidentally turned off my JEI menu and now the button to toggle it on and off is gone and I can’t figure out how to get it back, I’ve looked everywhere and nobody seems to know, if you know and could help that would be greatly appreciated. Also love the videos, keep them coming!

When you open your inventory, you don't see the JEI items? do you see anything JEI related like the settings or bookmark button? There's a keybind to toggle the display of the item list. It conflicts with shader settings in this pack, but if you open keybind options and remap the JEI toggle to some other key, that might work. That JEI toggle only works when a screen is open that would normally show the items. I'm not sure I understand what you're asking, but I hope that helps!

How do I power up the crusher. I have been stuck on that for a while as they aren’t getting powered for some reason

It's been a while since I've used the crusher I'm getting there in this pack. What have you tried? You need to put a connector on the correct power interface on the crusher. There's also a spot for a redstone controller like a lever, but I don't think that's required.

Unless you completely changed the name and icon of your channel, whoever you are, I *NEVER* subscribed (nor would I ever). Do I have to worry about KZfaq auto subscribing to crap I’d never watch now? Has the platform gotten that atrociously bad?

The name has been the same for like 15 years. Though my channel was hacked in early 2023 and was turned into a bitcoin scam for about an hour with a Metallica logo if I remember correctly. Maybe that's more your thing and I suppose you could have subscribed then.
