Truly living well is more important than living long. Living long in Ethiopia will prove Einstein's law of Relativity. Budhas quotes are nityam, though sarvam anithyam. I think if we have basic needs, other sufferings can be almost removed by trying to know what is Nithyam.🙏🐢🌳

Swami, how about the Golden Age? Men lived very long lives. In the Kali Yuga, Yama comes quickly. But at least we get to go home sooner.

You didn't talk about causal body. What is it?

Swami's comments about consiousness seems logical to me. But when it comes to mind,I can't logicaly agree with it fully. Espcially with existance of mind independent from body : we know that memmory is clearly a function of brain. Then how can we say subtle body is storehouse of past experience? Thus many lives(of individual self)seems illogical to me. Also itz okay to say everything with beginning have end(not strictly logical), but how can we say one thing ended will begin again?

Only the Buddhists say karma moves from lifetime to lifetime propelling more karma? Sometimes I feel like this is Advaita "Lite", sorry to be a heretic.

Swami does not speak about Causal body. Not sure why. May be it is way too away from science and USA will push back :) Avidya from Causal body or Karana Sarira is the storehouse of samskaras or vasanas.
