I think it is very important to wear a dust mask. I am using a bcmask dust mask. It has a good filterability. I will wear it when I work. It can protect my health.

My uncle had rheumatoid arthritis from last 5 years. He was unable to walk properly and took medicines from various hospitals but got no relief. Then he came to know about Planet Ayurveda and took treatment from there. Now he is totally fit.

The ratio of women suffers is more in Rheumatoid arthritis. Womens have more mental struggles, may be some of thebrain cells are affected and are sending revert signals to antibodies.

right, now that we have that info, we go and heal ourselves via the herbal and good diet route. No ways are any doctors going to destroy the rest of my body with medication! Comfrey root poultice on my sore joints are working a charm for now.
