Just an fyi to help out. The small holes in the arms, if you press the arm down and slide a nail in it'll help keep it from bending backwards. Remove the nut and then wiggle the arm and she will come out. Installation is slipping the arm back on, lift up on arm to remove nail then bolt back on.
