One that often gets overlooked because it wasn't from a springboard, is the RKO to Jeff Hardy at the Rumble 2008. The twisting counter out of the Twist of Fate into the RKO was just too clean

I always go back and forth between that one and the one with the undertaker. because while the Evan Bourne one looks better, the one with the undertaker feels different compared to every other surprise RKO's, maybe because It was the first or one of the first really surprising and out of nowhere RKO's.

I'm pretty sure Randy is the only one not banned from doing the Punt Kick since he's probably the one who perfected the timing of the move much like how they banned the Curb Stomp but Seth is the only one allowed to use it and also Tombstone Piledriver is exclusively performed by The Undertaker.
