Sorry guys i missed one case slide while making the video, the case is:
The West Rand Central Gold Mining Company v. The King
- 2 parcels of gold belonging to West Rand Company was confiscated by South African Republic
- War broke out between Great Britain and South Africa
- Great Britain took over South Africa and Now the company claimed that Great Britain has the responsibility of the confiscated gold as the conqueror state.
- Court held Principle of International law not in existence for a conquered state to be liable for the gold.

Law career k pure 5 saal me aisa kisi ne nahi samjhaya. Apart from these you rightly said ki inke facts kahin milte hi nahi ek jagah search karne se. Thankyou so much sir itna effort daal k free ka content provide karne k liye. No one had done this. ❤️❤️🤗🤗
