I never played smash 4 since I started with ultimate, but watching vods of the tournaments, rage seemed like such a broken mechanic. I'm glad they toned it down in ultimate

That dash attack up b there was known at the time as a gimmicky samus combo that was totally di-able if you knew the matchup. Elegant didn't know that facet of the matchup and lost because of it. He deserved to lose.

Mr. Gyw down b is a bucket that absorbs energy projectiles, when the bucket is full, he can press down b again to release the contents, it is hyper strong, if it catches stronger projectiles, it can easily kill at 0, but it only absorbs energy based projectiles, so links arrows or any phisical object wont work

Because Rage is a bad mechanic.

The fact that rage still exists in ultimate is the reason why I'm not playing it (that's a joke but I'm still not playing the game because I'm out of space and the SD card slot is broken on my main switch I have a switch lite but who the hell uses a switch lite as they're main switch)

It's not just "rage lol" it's bc the moves were designed to hit directly into the next move Bc rage created such a crazy buff in the knockback of the moves some moves just started auto killing if you got the reverse hitbox of it. Bc the reverse hit didn't send the opponent into the rest of the move. Rage Effected the base knockback of the move. And for some reason they gave these auto link moves absolutely ridiculous base knockback. So when it's combined with rage, and these moves already have unreasonable knockback, it ends up with clips like those. The biggest examples of this happening were with Mario, Samus, Peach, Bayo, ZSS, MK, and Charizard,
