We are back at it again with Uncle Roger. Last week we surprise Uncle Roger by feeding him some of Jamie Oliver's most popular dishes (fried rice, butter chicken and gado gado) and unfortunately he was not happy with the cooking. So to make it up to him we are cooking for him this week, but actually cooking some real food.

ripped means he's muscular and (or) vascular (or) just have a lot of muscle with very low bodyfat. for example Mr.Helmut Strebl muscular is probably the better word, because he does have a great amount of muscle showing. uncle roger here is muscular but not lean, I consider him as skinny fat or even just normal.

So a student brought me pork bao today, and had enough for my TA as well. So we bit into it, and I commented how good the filling was. What he directly did, where he stabbed and cut, was correct. But his technique was sloppy, you commit to the smack and you adjust the knife slice down the instant the knife tip gets through to the board underneath. So it's all in one motion, so the knife slicing its face in half isn't from any additional added force from after adjusting the knife but is still using the initial force used to stab it. Source: I have a lobster & crayfish kill count in the hundreds 😅🤣

the lobster was most likely dead after the first cut. when it dies, its nervous system is still active for a short while causing its muscles to spasm. this is very common for most animals.
