Hi guys! I decided to try a different way to do that puddle pour and swirl! I had an idea after a failed pour to add a “puddle base” in an attempt to get multicolored cells....like an impressionistic painting!
I need to do one or two more before my “secret formula” can be revealed as I want to tweak it some more!
This is a 20 x 20 canvas! Gallery wrapped!

Dwight...your gorgeous art and your extremely simple but effective methods have encouraged me! If not for your videos, I simply would have laughed and gone back to my trusted oils which have served me well for decades. One acrylic paint pouring youtuber actually said she had 30 different "white acrylic" manufacturers in her studio! Oh wow! Who needs 30 or more titanium white acrylic manufacturers?

I absolutely LOVE IT !. What I love about your art so far is , that you keep it so simple and easy yet they spectacular. To me. Very classy , and that is what anyone with style would want hanging their walls. That's what it about in the long run.. for a person to see your art , fall in love and buy it ! Correct ? I would . But it belong in a house with money . Thank you

This turned out to be quite beautiful, looking frosted in the lighter colors. Looking forward to your 'secret formula' reveal and tweak video. And I too would be drawn into this painting from afar.

From a distance (further back) it looks like a Comet, which I like. I do like the cells with the color in them, very pretty and completely different. You have done a good job, I enjoyed watching and good music too.

All artists learn from each other and often try to expand upon something they've learned. I don't think there's one artist that I follow who has not taken something from someone else. So while I respect you for acknowledging the artists that inspired you and your work, I don't think you owe any of us an explanation. Art is ever evolving and everyone has either learned from a past artist or are learning from a present one.

This is a very deep concept. Taking from preexisting material is a very Medieval concept that Medieval writers often discussed (I’m a music historian and visual artist). In today’s environment of copyright it’s easy to forget that we all need to be learning from each other and from nature. Edit: Great Art! I’m a new subscriber.
