You are a statement wizard indeed! I am amazed by your ability to find the exact right words, phrases and tapping in the right pace. I really felt a lot more inner peace after tapping along in this video. I carried more control behaviour then I was aware of. Thank you for sharing this video with us 🙏

Haha. "Control" is a huge issue for us all. It comes from ego/survival wiring but it can easily create imbalances and stress because we seek control outside and not inside. The real control only exists inside. When you land that, you will be able to let go and stop trying to fix and control everything outside... "Let the world spin around me in chaos... I am at peace inside the heart/infinite Self :)" And, what a relief!! :)

I've done this one a few times. Today it brought up thoughts of boundaries and how they may interplay with control. Also, with the question "Why doesn't anyone listen to me?" I followed that with "Why don't I listen to me?"

I’ve never got what the difference is between that concept and learned helplessness. If you have zero say in your life and you fall apart of you try to then how is it even your life? And then if you see something terrible happen are you supposed to just go oh well I must let go of judging and not try to control things since I have no control and will not do anything about that. It seems very confusing and seems akin to just giving up. If it’s more you can try at things but don’t obsess or try to have total control over the outcome I can somewhat understand that but that’s not what the spiritual type people say. And they always talk about ego like it’s inherently bad and it starts to seem sort of Freudian or something.

I recommend checking out Dr Hawkins books "Power vs Force" or "Letting Go" because he goes into what hopelessness and apathy are.
