We’re all super busy people.
We also all know that self-care is essential to our well-being.
Yet, it’s often cast aside for that which we deem more “essential.”
» Work.
» Kids.
» Chores.
» Distractions.
» Sleep?
So, where do you fit in time for all the other things we know we “should” be doing?
» Exercise.
» Meditation.
» Relaxation.
» Therapy.
» Passions.
» Self-care.
Here’s the secret answer.
Here’s how you do it all.

I have no freaking idea!
I struggle to find a balance every day.
How do I gift myself 30 minutes to take care of my self before starting my workday?
Why am I stuck in a loop of “there’s never enough time?”
When is my current self-care regimen going to fall to the wayside, like it always does?
These are my challenges.

FIND SOMETHING EASY
AND DO IT DAILY

I’ve always been a man who appreciates things that easily fit into my life.
A one-minute stretch pose with my wife in the morning.
A set of affirmations that I know by heart and repeat daily.
Visualizing myself paying off a massive credit card bill with millions left in the bank for later.
My Global YES! Movement - where I say the word YES! over and over again for 1 minute, 11 seconds every day at 1:11pm PST. (You should totally do it with me).
Whatever your “thing” is, make sure you actually can do it daily.
Make it short and sweet.
That way, you’re always doing something.
Because let’s get real …
As much as we all WANT to do those longer things each day, life often has other plans.
