Really love the Lucas and Henry scene in the bathroom. I don't know, like, their interaction, and their body language. Lucas especially. These two actors really brought it, in my opinion, for this scene. Solid performances all around in this series. Honestly did not expect that. Did not expect to love it this much.

1:16 Lucas must be really confused and upset at this point. If Henry's confession that she put Clay in a wheelchair is true, then Lucas must realize that he murdered a boy who was innocent of the crime. Regardless of what Clay did or didn't do, that must be horrible for him to think.

I feel like this show pulled a Bait and Switch on me. It started out as a scifi show and then pulled a switch-a-roo around Ep4 and it became just a teenage drama.

Ok so I enjoy the show... but as of right now its just another teen drama. Like logically she can teleport why the heck isn't she actually exploring that? Her jumping ability is progressing so slow and is BARELY touched on. As of right now Teen Drama> FREAKING TELEPORTING.... How does that make sense.

In the last episode, before Bill told Clay and Lucas that Henry threw the rock, I was thinking that the Deputy threw the rock to try and get into Bill's room and look for stuff :P Was that just me?

Conclusion: Impulse is about Henrys exagerated impulsive emotions and reactions that continuously attract more problems What we could learn from that: try to be calmly balanced and practice social communication in order to solve problems instead of amplifying them ... Oh and if you are able to teleport you should probably be trying to do fun stuff with it as long as you still can!

Honestly the acting in this show is on spot very realistic I love it great show!

"It's not like that. I'm not like that!" This show really does portray young sex offenders in a more realistic light. It's just twisted how deep in denial he is, you almost feel bad for him. He can't accept how messed up and needy he really is.

Can’t believe all the comments. This isn’t “another teen drama”. This is an amazing show so far. It’s conveying real life problems with the filter of this super power. This show is beautiful and I commend all that played a part in it. I’m not just here to be entertained by teleporting, I am here for human connection, understanding, empathy. This show and it’s actors are doing a great job. I can’t be the only one to feel this way.

Fix the writing for henry. More jumping, less teenage drama.

My goodness is this entire series Shot in the Dark? Whatever you do don't try to watch it in a partially lit area... Like you literally need to be laying in bed at night time in order to see this show.... I cannot emphasize enough how annoying it is that I can't ever see any damn thing because it's so freaking dark...

I was sexually assulted years ago. Almost 6 now. And it changed me completely. I think the worst part was when I finally tried telling someone they blamed me at got mad at me. I told my boyfriend first. Which was a bad idea. Because he didnt believed me and told me how it was all my fualt if it did happen. After that I didnt tell anyone for a couples years thinking that it would go away. But about two later after I broke down and told my friend. It was her cousin that did that to me. Then she acted like she cared and promised not to say anything. Then she called me one day and asked me to open up and tell her what happen. So I did but in the middle of the conversation his voice clicked in and he started yelling at me calling me names and saying I was lying... She clearly three way the call... As soon as I heard his voice all of my insides crushed. I never spoke to her again and I felt like I could trust nobody. I was scared and alone. I still to this day have not dated. Been single for 5 years and I dont think that I will ever be able to date again. I have a daughter who suffers from this too because her dad sucks and isnt apart of her life and she asks me for a daddy all the time... It crushes me. I have heard her lie to her friends when they come over. She will tell them how she spent the summer at his house or something. Which never happen because he doesnt care about her at all. I have opened up to my family sense then and gotten support finally but not for years after it happen. Maybe if I didnt keep it to myself for so long and maybe if I didn't seek support from the wrong people in the beginning then I could be happy again. So if anyone ever goes through this, tell somebody. Tell the right people and dont believe or listen to the wrong people. It wasnt your fualt and you do matter.

OK, we started out strong with the writing and the acting as well as plot. But now there has been over three episodes with no jumping which as we know is part of the real reason we're all here. Now it seems all we have is another teenage romance series, which if it doesn't change quickly will lose me as a viewer. I hope they get back to it, I'd like to stay if possible.

I'm both amazed at the acting range, and a bit broken hearted that Lt. Commander Harmon Rabb has turned into a very well acted villain...

Story is progressing really slow, I'm torn if this show is about her abilities or teen rape, I like show, has good actors but the 2 narratives don't seem to mix well.

The more I watch, the more I like this show. The characters are believable and the drama is tight. This was a great episode. I can't wait to see the rest and then next year...

i love the concept of the movie jumper, and when i heard they where making a tv show i got really exited. However, i dont like that rape is kind of one of the main plots, its awful that it happened to her but am i crazy for wanting to see her teleport or move forward in her story arc.

Clay's dad acting was so on point when he got mad at Henry in his office, and Herny's actress is so good omg great delivery and tension on their scenes, loved it

7 episodes in after the amazing opening scene and I have watched the lies from the main character cause ripple effects of things that would have never happened resulting in 7 episodes of her being an emotional wreck and the very little action that was, dissolve to none AT ALL...just drama...only drama.

If there is no jumping in the next episode imma be pissed

Rewatching the whole thing in 2023 and it's better than I remember. More people should watch this!

The ending is by the hardest part of any show ive ever seen! I've experienced what her mother went through with Henry first hand with my best friend after she cracked! I had to stop the episode there cause I just couldnt stop crying!

Dang Clay isnt a good dude but coming from an athlete I cant imagine how shitty losing your legs would be. I think they are losing the teleportation thing in this show

If I was the writer.... at this point or in the next couple episodes I'd have the dude successfully recruit her for her ability. Train her Nikita style and then pay Hayden C. To come back for an episode or two where he is hunted by this teleporting girl assassin

the best episode so far. the story is getting more complicated. thought it would be a just simple plot around the superpower thing like any other shows. but this one is kind of different. love it

This has been my favorite episode so far. Every interaction was a new development between characters. Clay and Henry had mature confessions with their parents, Anna's cop arc has been dull, but her and Henry going all secret detective is awesome, and the dinner scene was phenomenal! There hasn't been much jumping, but it looks like more people are about to learn about Henry's ability. Can't wait to see more!
