This will be a nightmare buying a second hand car... How will i know if my heated seats will work another month or if there is a lifetime subscription paid on it?

Never ever lease a vehicle because you’ll never own it, if you can afford £300,,£400,£500 a month, you’ll be better off buying the car on finance or hire purchase or even a bank loan,at least you’ll own it, instead of being ripped off, go over the agreed mileage then it’s 6p per mile,then there’s all scratches,& dents on the bodywork, a total & utter mess, but some people just can’t see past the fact that you’ve got a brand new car that you’ll never own

Pay per mile already exists. If you drive further you use more fuel that is taxed. This is not about PPM it is about monitoring your movements and restricting where you go by charging different mileage rates depending on where you go or at what time... Or if there is a match at wembley charge more per mile in the hours before and after the match. It "WILL" be used for surge pricing eventually.
