This woman is the embodiment of what DCC is. She IS the Passion, the Charisma, the Intelligence, Sisterhood, Love, Character, Sophistication, Power, Seamless Perfection of Movement that is DCC. What a Crown to carry. Kelli truly makes me proud to be a dancer (retired) And a woman. She gives ALL young women dancers and non, the insight that They can Achieve Anything if they Truly Believe. BRAVA KELLI!

Kelli has so much passion and dedication for her job. I respect her and she wants the best for the cheerleaders. She wants the ladies to be well rounded and confident in themselves.

Kelli is awesome. She should get some life time achievement award. After all she and Judy have had to put up with and with class I might add. lol

I'm from CA born and raised I don't even watch football, but as an organizational psych major, Kelli Finglass is one of those irreplaceable leaders! such a beautiful Icon in the corporate world.

She's a boss lady! Such a shining example of class while maintaining the pursuit of Excellence, even when it's difficult. So well spoken and polished. I have been watching the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders making the team since season 1. Actually, since the pilot which you can no longer find. I believe the pilot was titled something a little different. You can see the elevation of the caliber of dancers showing up for auditions as the seasons progress. And by no way do I intend to insult the talents of the earlier seasons. As in any other athletic or artistic field, advancements in Talent increase yearly. It just shows the standards set by Kelly and the opportunities available attracted dancers that may not have previously even thought about the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders as an option in the dance world.

I just LOVE Kelli!! During Covid (and before) I'd binge on these episodes - as I was trying to restart my career after the pandemic started and I was let go. We all have a vision and every time I'd hear "you made the team" I'd get inspired for my goals (I CAN'T dance and refuse to try!!😄) My favorite reveal moments are: 1. "No one on my list tonight - my page is blank" 2. "I'll just keep on saying stupid things because I have nothing else to say" Thank you Kelli for inspiring me!! I earned a national award for my career!!

I love Kellie and Judy. I admire their insistence on excellence regarding their branch of the Dallas Cowboys machine. What I don't understand is how Jerry Jones' daughter, Charlotte, who is a VP of the Cowboys organization and oversees Kellie's program, can in good conscience allow the DCC to be so abhorrently underpaid. Those women work so hard. They have so many appearances and visitations off the football field as ambassadors for the brand. Under Kellie's directorship the DCC have evolved into a cash cow for the Cowboys' organization. But the women who've worked like dogs to achieve that status are not compensated accordingly. Almost all of them have to hold down full time jobs to afford to be a DCC. I don't mean to preach here. I just believe the work these ladies put in deserves to be compensated accordingly.
