Yes Pooja, you are right. It was written in 1939. I mistakenly said the wrong year in the video. Thank you for pointing it out. I actually got it confused with the fact that it was 'published' in 1940 poetry collection of Auden.

It was published in 1939 in NEW REPUBLIC I GUESS

From what I found about it, it said that it was published in 1940. "The poem dates to February 1939, the month after Yeats's death, and appears in Auden's collection Another Time (1940)." (Source: Litcharts)

@@khushiali4391 Oh I got it Khushi. But you see the thing is it is a long poem, so doing that would have made it a long video, and people are rarely interested in that.
