I'm waiting for 2x RE Himalayans that I bought in September, and are due to arrive in February. Argentina has opened the first FACO (Final Assembly and Check Out) outside of India, so we are all very curious about the kind of machine we'll be fabricating. 👍👍 accurate overview.. The Himalayan does half the speed of a Pan American at 1/4 the price.. It's sort of a 100kph swiss army knife/mule. Slow down, smell the coffee and go exploring. it's damn close to perfect for what it is. For about the price of a Bonneville you can have an Interceptor and a Himmi.

You guys at Throttle Company are the best. You took great care of my Alice (2021 Himalayan), she now purrs like a kitten. Keep up the great customer service.

I motorbiked Northern Vietnam on a 125 cc semi automatic scooter and it did struggle. But if a 125 cc can handle northern Vietnam, a 400cc bike is definitely sufficient. It may not be quick but it will get you there. Im probably going to get a himalayan next month. thanks for the review.

Just bought a Himalayan and you perfectly summarized its appeal. As a long-time sportbike rider my friends were shocked I got one but it's just such a fun, versatile bike especially for its price. Maybe eventually I'll even turn it into some sort of SHTF, bug-out vehicle especially since mine is in the urban camo colorway that should make me invisible to the zombies lol.

Great video, I love my Himalayan, it's my first bike, besides my Grandpa's 1975 Kawasaki 100. This past summer I put 5k miles just learning to ride and meandering around the mountains. Planning lots of trips for next year. Watched your other videos too, I love those older bikes but since I have little mechanical experience didn't really want to buy one to learn how to ride. I figured I can fix up the Kawasaki and do the maintenance on the REH to start getting mechanical experience . Subbed to your channel so I can watch more of your videos. I started out looking at the 650's then watched a few Himalayan videos and now I don't know which I want. This was a great video with the fading light cause it showed how the dash lit up. Thanks. If only the Himi speedo, with gear indicator, could be put on the Interceptor.

So...this is my bike. Bought it in Utah from the guy who bought it from Throttle Co. He said it was the demo model and my key has green tape and the white tag.

We have waiting periods upto 5 months here in India. You make a down payment and wait for 5 months and they still don't guarantee you'll get your motorcycle on time.

the perfect bike for road & off road do not exist it's up to your tire choose but the hymi whit the right tires is as good a anny 2x the price bike in off road. i am waiting for a twin 650 hymi come on royal enfield doo it in 2021. you ave the motor how difficult can it be to develop the right chassy.

looks like you have a bad habit of riding the clutch, it will make it unsafe to ride like that as well as reduce the life of the clutch.
