This book called to me 15 years ago. One of those “walking through a store and your gaze immediately snaps to a specific book” situations. There are no words for what it did to/for me. I gifted it to a woman I worked with, as she was in the midst of an awakening. And for it pop on my feed right now, when I feel so desperately in need of rejuvenation and a dive back into myself…is just…well it’s just how it should be 🙏🏽 Thank you

I use audio books like this one and, "The Master Key System," on Conitinuous Loop and Meditation frequency music opened in two windows at the same time on my computer and play them all night as I sleep to program my subconscious with all the seeds of these words. Highly recommended for those that can.

its amazing how all of these books written prior to, i would say 1940ish, all identify God as the imminent source of power. You won't find that in 2024. These books have a certain humility that many of the new age self help books of today lack.

@EducationOptions ah, very good. Would this suggest that if we dissolve the ego, we lose contrast, making it impossible to discern where we begin and end? Seems like the ego is useful for establishing boundaries in order to experience life's nuances. Everyone please take this on an empty stomach first thing in the morning after gratitude : In a small cup add 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp turmeric, honey, squeeze 1 slice of lime, finely chopped ginger chunks, a sprinkle of cayenne pepper and 1/3 cup of water. Stir well and gulp. Try not to get it on your teeth and chase with some more water. Mon - fri The health benefits are enormous. At night drink a fresh ginger tea and chew then swallow the small ginger chunks. If anyone has any other ingredients to add to this concoction please share 💕⭐

I used a concentrated base of something similar (less the cumin and plus some Celtic salt) all last summer while working outdoors. Mixed it with 40 oz. of cold ice water in an insulated container. Loved it. Sometimes I'd chuck an Emergen-C packet in there or add a cup of prepared and cooled green tea.
