Good video.. I know one person who had high blood glucose. He was against taking pills. He lived with no problems, no nerve and kidney complications. .....He lived a healthy life till the age of 95....

My personal experience with millets (followed literally as advised by shri Khadri ji)... I had followed for more than 1.5 to 2 years during (2017 to 2019). BS got controlled, but resulted in weak body and lack of energy. I started crawling (not even able to walk). Later it resulted in brain damage and sleep disorder. Now I am on psychiatric medication for the past 3 years, to get a proper sleep. I have controlled and reduced the sleeping pills dosage (but still a long way to go). I request the people to check if this kind of weakness happened to anyone else, due to continuous intake of millets. I read somewhere on FB (meta) someone posting a similar question about lack of energy. My request: Please investigate this aspect properly. All other points mentioned in this video or useful. 🙏

Me taking millet diet since Jan 2023 .me feel very weak.when I was taking normal diet as second plate,I was very happy and energetic.after reading your comments I now realised that same is happening with me

Millet have lot of energy should not make you weak. Possibly some other reasons. It reduces body fat, as you can consume less. You can take Chana powder, which is better than millet for making bread. Also, take less sweet fruit, and more vegetables. Nuts you can take but limited amount. You can take coconut, coconut floor.

Millets are only slightly lower in glycemic index and load. Many recommend them simply because they have a good amount of fibre. Please also check whether you follow the instructions from qualified doctors or not. Credibility of claims made on youtube should be checked with the medical background. Otherwise one may damage his health instead of improvement.

देखिए सीधी बात है कि आप अपने बारे में अपने भले को ही सबसे ज्यादा समझते हैं न कि कोई दूसरा व्यक्ति चाहे वह कोई भी हो कितना भी क्वालिफाइड हो। ब्लड शुगर लेवल सही रखें, कमजोरी आते ही energetic food खा लेवें। जिद्द कभी नही करना। जैसे मोदीजी ने कहा था कि अब हमें सारी जिंदगी कॉरोना के साथ ही रहना है ठीक वैसे ही मधुमेह भी है। इसे कंट्रोल में रखें और अपने शरीर को नुकसान न होने दें।
