Dr. Vinod K.Mishra MBBS, MD, DM (Gastro) is a senior gastroenterologist , herpetologist, and endoscopist. He is an alumni of prestigious post graduate institute of medical education & research, (PGIMER) Chandigarh. He is a busy gastroenterologist performing about 1000 endoscopic procedures per month. He specializes in liver problems and all gastrointestinal diseases. He is trained in endoscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, and endoscopic ultrasound.He has previously worked at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and Medical College, Jabalpur. He was President of UP chapter of Gastroenterology society.
The GASTRO LIVER HOSPITAL, where he works is a gastroenterology and herpetology super speciality hospital. Hospital has MEDICAL, and SURGICAL wings. It has ICU and plenty of accommodation facilities of different levels. The hospital performs all complicated and advanced surgeries under team of very senior and experienced gastro surgeon . mera vitamin D 7 ng/ml tha. 5 week mene 60000 IU wali tablet per week lia. ab mera Vitamin D 53 ng/ml ho gya hai. sath hi body me kafi positive changes hua hai

@@deepakmudgal3683 lockdown ki wajah se khanpan me kafi laprwahi kari thi jiski wajah se mera vitamin D kafi Kam ho gya tha. phir mene Vitamin D ke tablet liye 60000 IU ke. har week 1 tablet liya. 5 week bad blood test karwya to Vitamin D ka level kafi sudhar gya tha. phle to iski Kami se back pain hota tha, kam karne ka ma. nhi krta, mood off rahta tha lekin ab sab problem solve ho gyi hai. Vitamin D ke sath hi mai fish oil ke capsule or B12 ke be tablets leta hu.

Darker the skin low absorption from sun. The fat with which we consume should have cholesterol as in ghee and coconut oil and not just fat. And always with vitamin K2 for utilisation of calcium.

Have wasted my one year taking sun bath daily 1 hr and still didn't get any vit d, in fact my symptoms just got worse. Fortunately from last 2 months m taking supplements and it has helped me so much.

@@spaarkons4986 I had pain in almost every joint and bone, soreness and stiffness in my muscles, no energy at all, feeling anxiety and depression, low testosterone, hairfall, etc. Have started taking 6k iu d3, 90mcg k2, fish oil, dr reddy antoxid two tabs daily from last two months and all these problems have decreased to a great extent. My vit d was 46 nmol/l in August and now it's 118.

@@amatureadult4705 That's good to know it improved. My story is I found out Vit D to be 18 after suffering from 6 plus months. I have multiple issues muscle spasm all over body, chest pain, ribs pain , Gerd issues, high heart rate , weekness , allergies, cough n cold which happens re-occuring and slight increase in Eosinophil count! Doc says these pains r due to deficiency chest n ribs pain

@@spaarkons4986 take 4k iu of d3 daily and also take vit k2 90mcg, along with this u can take dr reddy antoxid which has good amounts of zinc and magnesium which are good for our body. Do this for around 2 to 3 months and see how u feel. After that again do your blood work and see how much your vit d increases.

@@Skybluewindcool ji lagbhag 3saal pahle Vertigo diagnose hua tha, due to left inner ear aur B12&D3 vit deficiency, cholesterol little high, yeh medicines aur exercise se theek ho gye, lagbhag 1 saal se sirf head movement se spinning hoti hai in either direction or position (up down, right-left in standing, sitting, walking, or lying) otherwise no problem, doing vertigo/cervical exercises, walking for 1 hr morning and evening, as par dr advice, no medicine at present, plz guide

@@FoodyMee have done that daily 30 mins for last one year and my vit d instead of increasing, decreased. Have suffered so much both mentally and physically due to this deficiency. Fortunately started supplementing d3 along with k2 from last two months and it has improved my problem to a great extent.

7:20 You are wrong here. Its only applicable for people with fair skin. For dark skinned people, the minimum time can even exceed 1 hr
