Highlights from Rails in the Garden's very first visit to the Bargo Hall for a winter's indoor running day. We do run in the garden (honest!) but it's become a bit chilly this time of year so indoor running days are quite popular. Our running track supports Gauge 1 standard gauge mainline trains as well as 16 mm scale narrow gauge trains in both 32 and 45 mm gauge. All the locomotives are either real live steam powered (from a gas, spirit or coal fire) or battery powered.
