am recovering from a broken sternum. I am 63years and 5 9. It's been three weeks since the break. I can get the top of the indicator to 2,750. Is that good?

What is the air volume target for normal people (people who have a normal respiratory function)?

There are charts you can google, try the manufacrurer. I was using a 2500ml unit and can get to the top after a PE. Could only do 1200 at hospital. I bought this 5000ml unit and its harder. I can barely get to 2500

'while awake' - i presume, she means without a sleep in between.
