But mam i have a question i am working at a CA firm And i joined on 1 January 2021 On 5k Salary Per month to 31 march 2021 tak 2 month ki hi income ho gayi to me kya sirf 10k total income dikhakar apna return file karu? Is that okay isse koi problem ya nuksan ho sakta hai?

Sir me undergraduate student hu. Mene rs 12000 (short term share) pe profit kamaya hai but mera koi bhi income aur nhi hai. My income is nil. To kya mujhe itr file karna chahiye? if yes then mujhe tax bharna hoga ya nil amount hoga?

Ha tumhe 12000 per tax pay krna hoga agar tumne ye profit short term se earn kiya h toh 15% agar long term se toh only 10%

Yes you can opt for direct entry schemea and get benefit as you will get direct admission in ipcc..no need to clear ca foundation exams.

Nil return is not for nil income, if it is less than taxable income , you still have income. Say upto 5 lac there is no tax. There is no mandatory requirement to file return but still you should file

@@khanirfan205 refunds are coming...34 taxpayers have already received refund till 30sept..if your itr is correctly filed then you will expect refund..otherwise you can ask your ca or advocate to see if any notice has came from itd.

Once you got the gst registration you are required to file gst returns, even you have zero turnover in that case nil return is filed

Ek to ye agar 2012-2016 tk 4 saal achi return bhari hoti to Achhe Khaase purane 500 , 1000 ke note bank me Daal dete Aur line me lag kr change karane ya 30% deke change kraane se bach jaate😂😂😂😂😂

1:24 am a student nd mujhe v yahi dar tha isliye m pan card v nhi bana rha tha ki pan card banaya to mujhe tax dena hoga😂😂 Taxation ko leke kafi misunderstanding lack of knowledge nd awareness h bahot sare logo m. Nd pata nhi gov ko v kya maza aata h sbkuch itna complicated kue bna rakha h ki ek aam aadmi ko kuch samjh hi na aaye.
