Our weekly customers (and all our non-customer contacts) do not know the following yet!!!, but will thru Mailchimp & Yardbook (I got to get to work!!!): We focus mainly on weekly lawn mowing customers (230/week last year - my 4th year full-time). Our mowing season is May through October (but sometimes starts 2-3 weeks earlier in April, weather permitting). Last year, we bought a great used John Deere lawn tractor to pull a core aerator & a roller, all for about $2300 (we tried it out and did a few aerating jobs last year. One time we aerated 3 yards at $100 each which took 1.5 hours ($200/hour for one guy)(better than mowing! where we do 4 $33.50+tax lawns per hour with a 2 man crew!!! - with 2 $13,500 mowers!!!). We just bought last week a dethatcher ($966) that is attached to the front of our z-turn that has a bagger (dump handle from seat)(that we use for leaf cleanups). I optimized our website, etc, to add rolling, aerating, overseeding, and dethatching to our services and in the last 2-3 weeks have $6350 of work lined up for next week!!! - when we usually only have a few cleanups to do!!! Awesome info, but just a heads up to all that this is not part of Yardbook's free software package; you would need to upgrade to the $35 per month or $50 per month plan. Seems worth it if it lands you just one client a year, and anything beyond that is extra revenue!

It's MAIL Chimps not MEL Chimps,. lol What is pine straw? At what point do you ask for a customers email address? What exactly do you say as your reason for needing it? How do you get the email addresses of people of prospects who haven't hired you yet? I'm seeing more and more businesses like printers who won't even give you a quote without you 'creating an account' and you can't create an account without providing an email address. I hate that. I'd call and say 'how much is 1000 of your cheapest business cards' and they give you the run around. I gave up and went to an office supply where the price is already determined and easy to see, then you design it yourself on their computer, put in the order, and get it the SAME DAY. The price was as cheap as any specials from Vistaprint or any place else I could find online. And you get them when you need them which is NOW (for placing on doors TODAY). What are the other campaigns you do during the year besides the ONE you showed us?
