Looks like there are two islands. I would probably put a bug dining table where the second island is for those types of gatherings. I know for our family, we rarely use a formal dining area, so it would only be for a few times a year. If you are hosting parties, the island probably works really well.

This house is AMAZING! it IS also BEAUTIFUL! Building a custom home is how to create the vision God has for you and your family. A lot of homes as the realtor stated are copy-paste homes. I'm adding this statement, some of the builders today have no vision and their homes do not have character. Some builders tend to hide their trash in your home and you don't find it until years later when there is an issue with the house. Again, this home is Breath Taking! Well Done! Question, Is there a reason why the doorway and the back end of the staircase are narrow?

Painting the shiplap on the fireplace/tv wall black makes a huge difference. It also hides the tv if it’s not on, nor in a gallery mode.

Beautiful houses that you are presenting and very joyful to imagine myself living in such places. We should remember Jesus not only interacted with rich and important figures but knocked on doors of the poor and was glad to stay in those places who welcome him. “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth…but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven …for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” (Matt 6:19-21). Don't like it at all. Weird flow and the house is too skinny and short in depth. You walk in and literally the house can't be more than 25-30' deep. Hard pass on this
