This incredible hazelnut and salted caramel meringue roulade is going to blow your mind. Not only its completely gluten-free, so amazing and delicious, but it is also really addictive and if you love hazelnuts or salted caramel - look no further, this will totally satisfy your hazelnut chocolate cravings.
This Hazelnut meringue is filled with creamy hazelnut mascarpone filling, topped with hazelnut praline, salted caramel, and crushed hazelnuts, all wrapped in the chewy soft and very thin layer of meringue.
Eating this dessert is like going to heaven! I highly recommend you make this asap! It is a perfect dessert for tea or coffee, its pretty quick to make and you can keep it in the freezer for later if there will be any left ;)
