I am so happy this home was built for them. Sadly Jeremy passed in 2022 but lived 15 years with ALS. There is a movie made about him. He was the real deal. I pray for his family as their son will face surgeries to help him as he grows.

If there was ever a show and a cast of people who very much deserve a humanitarian award, it is Extreme Makeover. I absolutely love watching this program. Don’t ever stop doing the great work you do. May god bless you all. ❤️❤️

This is a show that needs to be put back on the air. There are many families that don't have the money or influence or help to remodel their home. It tears at your heart what families have gone through. They need the support of everyone.

What a wonderful heartfelt video. I read of Jeremy's demise & was so heartbroken for his family. Prayers for all of them. and 'Thank You' to all involved in this build. What a wonderful family!

This family reminds me of a family from our area who just lost their husband/Dad (53) to colon cancer (plus a few other things) just this month. He was a farmer who loved his job, but mostly each member of his family! His young son (probably 12), loved farming right beside his Dad, & could fix the machines & drive tractors just like Dad. His daughter (possibly 15) is an avid volleyball player (very good!). And his wife is a translator at the hospital/Dr offices where her husband was receiving his chemo at. He too was a huge supporter of each family member & loved them just as much! I'm not sure how they will survive without him, but I know they will! If there ever was a perfect human, he was the one! And I believe his wife & kids will follow in his foot steps.

Oh my God, if this society needs anything, it is to bring this show back- the generosity, compassion, human spirit, and kindness has disappeared and we need it back.

My uncle had ALS too. He got diagnosed the same year the pandemic started, making it 3 years. He just passed away in September. While he was sick, he lost a lot of weight, his speech was affected, and before he died, he could barely lift his arms anymore. I know exactly how this family feels. I’m so glad that they got to meet Demi Lovato though. She’s my favorite singer in the whole world.

I need a track like that for my 22 yr old daughter. She had a inutero stroke grade 4 brain bleed.legally blind many surgeries, seizures,Crrebral palsey i do everything for her she cant sit or anything she is 100% i care for her full time my husband of 15 yrs drove semi truck before a swift driver run him off the road they thought he was desd thamk god for everything my youngest daughter has Autism and intellectual disabilities, so yea i am a full time mom and caregiver 😊
