No way try autentisk France italy or peruvian. Japan is soo overrated. Ill traveled the world from 98 to - 12 Japan food is overrated and expensive china have much better food. Merry Christmas

Koch Profis are you in the US? depends on your and your family’s income, you may be able to get enough grants from filling out FAFSA form! Federal student aid. This is the only reason i can afford it so I hope this is true for others

Thank you Tabieats for all your amazing videos. I watched many to help me plan for my recent trip to Japan. I loved the yuba with fishcake and cheese sooooo much! I also had a white peach shake there which was a perfect match in the September heat after visiting the temple. One of the many food memories I have from Japan. Super Oishiiii! Arigato Gozaimasu!

When I was in Kyoto I went to that umeboshi store and bought a box of the large kyoto plum umeboshi to bring back to the US - my partner and I finished it in the first week. I wish I bought more. Next time, I have to bring a separate suitcase just for these. Great Video guys! I LOVE Kyoto.

I was near this street when I was there last and didn’t even realize it! XD I was just a bit north, trying to snap photos of the Hokanji Temple pagoda. Kyoto appeared to have a pretty decent craft beer brewing scene when I was there. Japan, in general, has really starting growing on that front. Lots of cool stuff to find and drink. 🙂

Oh this touches my heart. I enjoyed Kyoto a few years ago with my friend from Tokyo who introduced me to so many new delicious foods and places. Of all the delicious food I tried, my favourite was the yatsuhashi... thin soft mochi strips. I brought so many home. We made a Canadian styled one that had peanut butter inside and maple syrup drizzled on it. Love love love your channel.

Like Satoshi-san, my mom is not a cinnamon fan so I only found out how great it is much later in life. I love mochi/marshmallow-y texture so the last one was definitely my favorite one. The bun is something I must have once I travel to Kyoto!

Maybe I missed it or didn't remember, but did you had Aburi-Mochi from that shop that serves it like over 1000 years? I got the suggestion to try it from someone from Kyoto and I reeeally want to🤤 wonderful video as always, thank you soooo much to take us with you ^3^//
