This is a Facebook Live that was recorded on Friday, September the 3rd, 2017 and features Randy Jones, owner/builder of Incredible Tiny Homes, talking about the "highland"/"enchanted" home which is 10' wide and 24' in length. This home has many custom features such as: a synthetic thatch roof from Endureed, window boxes, custom built front door & barn door, Murphy bed, custom kitchen cabinets, and much more. The base price for a 10' x 24' Incredible Tiny Home is $50,000 plus your chosen upgrades. This home was sold for $65,000.

What great character! It's nice to see a layout where the bathroom is pretty much the first thing from the main entrance; if you live on a farm or garden a lot, you might not want to walk through your entire tiny home before washing up. LOVE the beams and vines. Thanks for sharing!

Loving the exterior, reminds me of a fairytale cottage. Love the inside layout and loft. It's great that is a 10 ft wide which gives you more space than other standard tiny homes. Overall really nice characterized tiny house, I really like it.

I love this design, I've had multiple sclerosis for 29 yrs. I've been going through a clinical trial for my disease. I truly believe in these treatments. I believe it will help a lot of people with all kinds of illnesses. I've been guinea pigging myself on it. I won't let doctors give me addicting drugs. I researched this one before I started it. It's the first one I've been involved in. It's helped me a lot, I'm all about helping others for yrs. I had to short sell my home, I raised 5 kids on my own in it. I found out it had black mold in it. After the fact that my kids and animals got sick. My kids are grown now, I got so sick I was in the bed for a yr straight. Then I found the mold. I left everything in my home, and I have a 25ft rv it's a 1976 pull behide. I asked the ms people for help before I got my rv and they tell me to go to a homeless shelter. They get billions off us being sick. But couldn't help me. That was crazy. The world, the government is all about money. A lot of people look down on the sick, I never asked to be sick. I Really needed advice, its hard on people anymore, I got ssi, I got my kids raised with the little money I got, I was going to build my own tiny home, but with my illness. I can't. If you know of anyone that could help me I would really appreciate it. I didn't write this for pity. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work.

This is the most impressive Tiny Home I've ever seen. The imagination and effort it must have took to create this masterpiece is outstanding. This home has perfect floor plan and interior design. Additionally the outside is so whimsical leaving people breathless. Once you guys entered the house there was only one thought that crossed my mind: "This is what I call home!"

I love the murphy bed and twiggy accents upstairs. So beautiful! I'm a personal trainer who travels to my clients' homes for workouts. Geez, I could live in that tiny house so easily. There's even space there to workout too!

I'm one of those people who can't watch a video that doesn't have some sort of "steadycam" feature because I get motion sick without it. I was able to fast forward and kind of see it as stills. Beautiful!

This one is soooo unique! Don't listen to the trolls, the floor plan is perfect for the style of the exterior. The best is the window placement of the dormers,,,,it has to be stunning on a starry night! Be careful not to decrease the lighting when you add solar, I'm not sure one lith battery would cover all the needs of this particular home. Overall great design!

It is a beautiful home, but it speaks for itself. You don't need to continuously keep repeating how beautiful it is. I have watched hundreds of these type of videos and I had to stop watching with too much conversing about people who helped build it and the trying to convince each other that it's beautiful.

BAD BAD idea to put the tv on the bottom of the bed, if the couple decides to get frisky the bouncing can cause harm. tv's are not meant to be shaken around or jolted.

The Murphy's beds only an option for those that feel moving furniture an inconvenience but I personally love the idea how ever I feel the tiny homes for the size are over priced it hardly cost anything to build yourself and it's not hard you can by a book at Lowe's or home depot just saying

For oldies like me a tiny house must have a downstairs bedroom and a full sized bath. My house is 350 sq ft and has both of these. You also must have double glazed windows, openable to the breezed and mosquito frames. Then you will have a wonderful tiny house in your old age.

Please read my comment again. I said that as an oldie I need a downstairs BEDROOM. I don't want to be climbing up and down a ladder to go to the toilet in the middle of the night in my 70's or 80's. And most tiny houses have ladders. And if your folks don't have a bathtub they are missing out badly on one of life's great soothing pleasures.

Incredibly home! Amazing craftsmanship! Beautifully done. The only thing I'm not liking is the Murphy bed. I'd rather see a comfortable rap around/pit sofa that could be made into a bed from cushions stored beneath a sofa frame or trundle type set up. And a nice shelf up where the top of the frame of the Murphy. Just my personal preference

Super cute! I think the architecture of a house is so important. I love the old world style. The loft room is a great style, and roomy. I also love the Murphy bed. For living I would add a bit more storage, but for your buyer's purposes It's luxurious! Michigander here!

Many good things here, but the cutesy grapevine railings are just dust and grime collectors. Those sort of things are impossible to keep clean and looking cutesy. Mark my words, they will eventually exchange them for something easier to handle.

Agree. Also would want safer railings for putting kids up there in the loft.

I agreed with you. Those grapevine railings looked beautiful, but they are quite difficult to maintain when they get dusty!

I agree, also and it seems where they are put simply for decor is a waste of valuable storage space.

Use a can of compressed air and a swifter, works great for hard to dust areas! Easy peasy!❤Love this home!!❤
