In T2 diabetes, isn't insulin already high? Increasing insulin further will reduce blood glucose levels but speeds up the progress of diseases (including death).

@@ahmadihsan2906 Then why does Pubmed publication titled 'Insulin Therapy Increases Cardiovascular Risk in Type 2 Diabetes' ... the majority of large observational studies show strong dose-dependent associations for injected insulin with increased CV risk and worsened mortality ... over-insulinization with use of injected insulin predisposes to inflammation, atherosclerosis, hypertension, dyslipidemia, heart failure (HF), and arrhythmias.
