One of the Best F ing Movies.. Especially growing up in the 90's loving fighter planes, aliens, ariel battle etc... I didn't even bother watching these guys cause of the comments already told me they gonna piss me off.

@@SDR0505 Exactly - every single component of this movie was a perfect blend the casting, the way the characters were written l mean some of the most iconic roles and who played them of all time, the perfect balance of light humour moments against a backdrop of a totally serious and dramatic story - the acting itself even the flipping children in it the kid who played the President's daughter l mean just so good. And then you throw in the combat scenes involving real world fighter planes, great 90's effects that still look as good now and a soundtrack that all these decades later...you hear that and again still it tells you from an era when the movies music was given the importance due to it. Anyone who slates this movie really is missing what a great movie is!

I mean I think it's obvious he's seen it before, it's just funny to see how movies where back in the 90s compared to now.

Saw it in the Philippines where audiences were usually quiet. It was the only time I remember the entire theater applauding three times: 1) the dog jump, 2) the escape from the mother ship, 3) the "fireworks" at the end.

That and terminator 2. It was so packed that people sat in the isles. No one left for bathroom, food or drinks

The dog was the most important obv….nevermind they just destroyed half the top cities in the country 2 scenes before 😂😂
