That's why this week on Lift Arc Builds Tay helps out a local restaurant by fabricating a brand new stainless steel plate for a vegetable press. Mario Amaya runs the Wok N' Roll Kitchen here in Roanoke, and in his search to repair his press he found our work through Instagram! Although this is a much simpler job, that doesn't mean it's easy...
