I’m ur subscriber, still not getting good clarity on index funds .Give video on best performance with low tracking error index fund in nifty 50 and s&p 500 and nasdaq 100 index fund.

Don't go for sandp 500/Nasdaq 100. Tax is treated like debt funds.

Madam, for example if I am investing in Nifty 50 index fund as lumpsum. My amount will be divided into top 50 companies as per their weightage on the day I invested. If later few companies worth became low without increasing and went out of top 50 and some companies will enter into top 50. Now my doubt is, will the low stock worth of exited companies will be used to buy the high stock worth of newly entered companies. If so I will get less value and quantity of stocks as newly entered companies will have high worth than exited companies. Is my understanding right? please reply.

Etf investment needs demat account. Mutual funds dont need demat account.
