You should have gone to jhori bazaar that would made you crazy with the amount of variety of jewellery and stones! Some amazing hand work stones and there is also a new museum (khazana Mahal) got opened recently and has rare gemstones, jewellery of more than 100 years old.

Handmade rings are always costlier than regular machine cut…cost also depends on weight, the art work and other factors. I don’t think price is too high looking the fact that Jaipur is famous for handy-craft items.
