300 didn't do segment leading things? 1. Engines with 200NM and 300 NM torque. 2. Longest wheelbase. 3. Most spacious. 4. Dual climate control. 5. All 4 disc brakes. 6. 17 inch wheels. It had pros and cons, but it was superb in its own way.

If you ever sit in the rear seat of Sonet, you will never say Sonet is the better of two. Sonet was made as a sub compact SUV and 3XO started it's life from a much more bigger segment car and is a chopped down version of it. Also 3XO has the best second row than any other cars in that segment!

Both are exactly same in dimensions, especially length wise, just because 3X0 is a chopped version of bigger car, it doesn't mean it's better. The only difference between this two are space management, kia chose to give less rear legroom and more boot space, while Mahindra chose more rear legroom and less boot space...!

@@akshaydhanorkar mahindra cannot reduce the wheelbase. that would mean significant changes in the monocoque chassis. if mahindra had option they would definately reduce wheelbase slightly to increase bootspace. But yes sonet does feel cramped. feels no more spacious than a tiago at back

Sonet is better than 3xo in deliveries. Sonet is also a better choice if you are going with diesel automatic, you are getting torque converter with a reliable tested diesel engine that comes in creta etc. Mahindra 1-2 saal ke baad dega gaadi if you book

Better looks, better interiors, better engineered electronics, better experience overall, yes might be underpowered, but not a single person believes that the XUV will get the mileage they claim despite all the power and torque

@@prithviraj.r5734 The basics of any vehicle is Chassis, engine, suspension and build quality. Not some features..looks are subjective..I have driven Sonet one of the worst suspension and handling.. XUV way better in all aspects...Buy maruti for mileage.

So, don't know how this has come but all the reviews I have seen(also checked with my friend in Mahindra) the 3xo mileage is less than that of Nexon. In city what I heard is it will give 13-14 and in highway it can go upto 16 if driven economically(below 100). Nexon on another hand(Personal experience) gives 15 in city and I have seen 19 on highway(driven economically). Also, it's obvious that in any case when power increases the definetly mileage will decrease too. Again I pointed once, why is everyone comparing topends? Hardly people will buy it because of the price range. Compare a middle version or best is base.

They don't own the cars, brands give them long term cars, and they are usually the top end cars, these guys rarely have a choice. Gagan was surprised the mid variant htx of the sonet had ventilated seats. Shows that he's only seen and touched the top end variants cuz that's what they all get

3xo front seats are really good but 3xo back seat is a big disaster with less thigh support even for 5.3ft and bad back support,as well as seat is too soft, literally sinking ,cannot sit for 1 hour ride. Nexon back seat is so comfortable in all levels

The electonics on 3XO are any day better than the Nexon. Tata's are pathetic with there electronics. Also, the panel gaps on Nexon is huge.

what is the waiting period of AX5L MT ? why there is no AX5L MT seen on any platform ? I heard MT misses some of the ADAS features like Adaptive Cruise Control that AT has. plz clarify.

adas is present on ax5L, not of ax5. As far as ik only diesel isnt available in ax5, but both petrol engines and auto is present.

DCT shifts are way better than AT. AT you will have slight jerk, DCT is butter smooth.

No you are right. DCT have this heating issue which was resolved in tata’s dca(but paired it to a nonsense engine). TC doesn’t have this issue. TC is also better when you have stop and go traffic. In these times, you can also live with AMTs, so the difference in comfort while riding is not that large.

Bigger tires are not always better, the best example for this will be after-market alloys on Scorpio, people go for the look and compromise with the ride and handling. and I don't know why the front end of 3XO looks like it is high on a cocaina.,with those dilated headlights taking up almost all of the front.

Bhai log baat bahut simple hai 1. Small family + safety not a high priority + you need best of both worlds go for Kia 2. For performance and safety go for 3xo or tata. But both wont give you reliability and fit/finish like kia. Mahindra delivery me 2 saal bhi laga sakta hai 😂😂😂 Kia offers more value in terms of features, engine performance etc. whereas 3xo and nexon offer more value for safety and little more safe Decide what you need and choose.

Cut Rexton to fit into a Sub-4 metre frame and then claim class leading wheelbase and largest cabin space. On top of it measure luggage space vertically all the way up till rear windshield and claim a bigger boot space. God that's funny. Still you can fit in just 3 people at rear with much lesser luggage. Plus it does look like Sid from Ice Age, cannot unsee once you see it.

Don't know about others. But my Safari (the 2022 model) has been so perfect and amazing for me. The first year, the odo recorded 29,000 kms and not even a single niggle in the car. Just gone for service and even the service was a rich experience.

Lol this is the worst comparison one can do for cars.. No comparison of after sales service, issues, driving dynamics, reliability, Tata interior quality of plastics is very bad: the plastic part near gear rod is gonna come off if u pull it, panel gaps nd inconsistency.. more height is a point? Lol .. cars with sloping roofline looks much better than cars with sudden cut at the end. Aesthetics play an important role too. And in India smaller cars are much better when we take our shitty, small narrow roads into account.. so is a bigger car getting a point? Or should a smaller car ? And how is sonet better .. it’s gonna get not more than 3 stars in Gncap if tested , 3XO is more powerful, torquey, 4 discs, reliable than sonet.
